Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

We at Digistarr are committed to provide the best possible services to our customers. Apart from quality of the work, we value time, so we also ensure that you get your orders in a certain period of time.

 

Digistarr is happy to help you regarding your feedback and concerns about services purchased from us. Therefore we have "refund policy".

 

Incase if you are not happy with our services or have any concerns then please write to us at [email protected]. Our expert support team will be happy to resolve your concerns in 1 working day. If you are still not satisfied with our support then you may apply for refund/cancellation.

We see it as part of the our mission to connect you with quality products and the services, but we also recommend you do your own due diligence.

 

CASES

IN THE FOLLOWING CASES YOU MAY APPLY FOR REFUND / CANCELLATIONS:

 

Products or services bought more than once for the same URL by mistake. Incase you change your mind to cancel your order before the service starts.

 

In the following cases we have rights to reject the refund requests/Cancellations:

 

  • If we miss the submission deadline due to clients delay/failure in providing necessary content and information on time.
  • Once we start the work/service for clients then we won't be able to refund.
  • If client asks for refund in the middle or after completion of work/service done.
  • If client asks for refund after receiving contents and reports of the services/work done.
  • If you asks for refund due to absence of features that are not promised on service packages on our official website.
  • Note: we make sure that you get all the features that are given in the service packages. For example if you have ordered for "50 link wheels" we ensure that we keep up the order and send you detailed report for the same.
  • Customized Services/work are non refundable.
  • Incase if we find a payment dispute or chargeback from a "bank" or "credit card company" your service/work will be blocked without any notice.

 

Responsibility:

Digistarr will not responsible for further client’s business after live website or after complete, its total liability of clients (website owners) if any business risk, fraudery with their client relation, their business, any payment tranaction of their client, its totally with website owner or business owner .

 

Contract:

The client’s approval for work to commence shall be deemed a contractual agreement between the client &  Digistarr with the approval for the work  through either an email confirming back the quote (with the quote document attached) or the quote document signed by the client.

 

Free Technical Support:

Digistarr provides 3 months technical support which consist of Troubleshooting, UI error fixing, additional product addition or removal & site maintenance. No extra services will be provided after finishing of the contracts.

 

Payments:

The payments should be calculated as 40-30-30 pattern (40% before inintialization of project, 30% after half completion & 30% after complete delievery)

 

The Payments can be done via any mode of facilities as per clients wish to Digistarr:

  1. Clients Based Outside India: International Wire Transfers, Credit Card/PayPal via Checkout payment gateway.
  2. Clients Based in India: NEFT, RTGS, Gpay or any discussed method.

Refunds and Cancellation

  1. Any Charges are not refundable at any cost.
  2. Cancellation may be done within seven days from the invoice date and only half of the amount paid will be refunded.

Cancellation: Both the parties reserve the right to cancel the project at any stage.

 

Note: Instead of Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute contact us for any billing issue at [email protected]

 

Refund or cancellations are not applicable for those works/services that are offered with special discounts or on special occasions.

Digistarr will not responsible for further client’s business after live the website or after completion, its total liability of clients (website owner) if any business risks , fraudery , & their client relation with their business , any payment tranaction of their client , its totally with website owner or business owner.

 

Free Technical Support:
Support of 3 months covers, website product updates or UI error fixing & other minor technical dificulties and no full revision will be provided after complete finishing of the project.

 

Payments:
Digistarr has made unique means of payments, which includes 40-30-30 (40% after project undertaking, 30% after half finishing and other 30% after complete deployment and finalization). If the fees remain unpaid at the time of expiration, we will with immediate effect, cancel said service & any data held by said service will be removed.

 

Refunds and Cancellation:

  1. Any Charges are not refundable at any cost.
  2. Cancellation may be done within seven days from the invoice date and only half of the amount paid will be refunded.

 

  1. Payment shall be due within 14 days of the invoice date unless specifically mentioned in the Invoice.
  2. Any material previously published may be removed if payment is not received.
  3. In case of delay in payments beyond the due date, Digistarr reserves the right to stop the work being commenced.
  4. Both the parties reserve the right to cancel the project at any stage.

 

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, your statutory rights are not affected.

Digistarr reserves the right to change or modify any of these terms or conditions at any time, but agreements signed prior to the updates in this agreement remains unaffected. Please feel free to contact us for more info/clarification about any of the terms & conditions mentioned above.
